The Leonardo Hotel Liverpool, Pall Mall is an upscale 4 star Hotel which comprises of 284 guest rooms, ground floor bar and bistro, first floor restaurant, meeting rooms and gym. The Property is being developed by Kier Properties and CTP and the Hotel has been designed by Allies & Morrison Architects and No Chintz as Interior Designer.
Venture Management are providing a Technical Advisor and Tenant’s Representative role to ensure that the project is being built in accordance with the Leonardo Hotel brand standards and the Employer’s Requirements. When the Hotel opens in 2024 it will be Fattal Hotel Group’s third Hotel in Liverpool in addition to the Jurys Inn Liverpool and NYX Hotel, Liverpool which is currently under development.
