The project provided a new headquarters and flexible working office space for Barnet Council providing 11,000m2 of internal floor area, this £36m Design and Build project provided a bespoke office accommodation. The project forms part of the Colindale regeneration programme, the new development is a nine-story building with a recreational terrace area on the 4th floor and provides a modern working environment for up to 1,400 people, including office spaces as well as a cafe on the ground floor. The new facility supports the London Borough of Barnet in working closer with the community and provides modern working space to provide the core services delivered by the Council.
