Venture Management provide Project Director, Project Management and Development Management services to CAPITA and London Borough Barnet on the Hendon Hub project. The Project is a major mixed use development providing substantial regeneration improvements to the Hendon area by providing a new business school for Middlesex University (MDX), purpose built student accommodation, a newly refurbished listed library, community facilities, retail, independent living, affordable homes and a vet hospital for the PDSA.
